
Brian S. Fogelson is the firm's Office Manager. Brian is a native New Yorker. Brian attended Queens College, in Flushing, N.Y., where his educational concentration was Business and Marketing Management and then attended the New York City Law Enforcement Academy, and served in law enforcement until 2002, when he married and moved to South Florida. Brian manages daily operations of the office, human resources/personnel, fiscal activities of the firm, and marketing. Brian is also a licensed Florida Community Association Manager. He is responsible for establishing and implementing employee training, work assignments, vacation policies and schedules, and overtime assignments. Brian is also the firm's liaison to assist clients with any billing issues. Brian also runs our marketing department, always establishing new and creative ways to enhance the firm's newsletters and website.
Kimberly A. Colamaria is the supervising legal assistant for the Firm. She primarily handles all the bookkeeping responsibilities for the collection department. Kim was born in Brooklyn, New York and is fluent in both English and Spanish.
Shirmane T. Ellis is a legal assistant for the firm's collection and litigation Departments. Shirmane was born in St. Ann, Jamaica and migrated to Miramar, Florida in 1999 where she still resides. She is a graduate of Florida International University with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and is currently enrolled in the Masters of Business Administration Program at Nova Southeastern University.
Ilianette Pagan is a Legal Assistant for both the collection and litigation departments. Born in Vicenza, Italy Ilianette currently resides in Pembroke Pines, Florida. She is currently attending Broward Community College pursuing an Associates Degree in Legal Assisting. Ilianette is fluent in both English and Spanish.
Tangela L. Mobley is a paralegal for the firm's litigation department. Tangela is a Florida native who currently resides in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. She graduated from Atlantic Coast Institute where she obtained an Associate of Arts degree in Paralegal Studies and is currently attending Everest University to obtain her Bachelors of Science degree in Criminal Justice. She is planning to attend law school upon obtaining her Bachelors degree.|
Vivian Villaran is a legal assistant for the firm's collection department. Vivian was born in Miami, Florida and is pursuing a degree in accounting at FIU. Vivian has been working in the legal field for over 8 years. She is fluent in English, Spanish, and is semi-fluent in French.
Alicia McLeod oversees the firm's scanning department. Alicia has been in a document imaging setting for over four years, where she has handled mass amounts of documents pertaining to the law field. Her responsibilities are to maintain the input of the daily correspondence, financials, open files, and closed files. She collects, preps, scans, and stores files electronically into our database while assisting the firm in becoming more environmentally friendly. While keeping up with firms scanning demands, Alicia attends Broward College part time for Paralegal Studies.
Silvia Hernandez is a Legal Assistant in the firm's collection and litigation departments. Silvia was born in Havana, Cuba but grew up in Miami, Florida where she attended Miami-Dade College and graduated with an Associate in Science Degree in Legal Assisting/Paralegal Studies. In 2008, Ms. Hernandez obtained her Florida Registered Paralegal designation from the Florida Supreme Court. This designation requires her to complete 30 hours of CLE courses every 3 years and ensures that she is current on the latest developments in Florida law and procedures. She is a resident of Fort Lauderdale, Florida and is fluent in English and Spanish.
