Meet Our StaffBrian S. Fogelson is the firm's Office Manager. Brian is a native New Yorker. Brian attended Queens College, in Flushing, N.Y., where his educational concentration was Business and Marketing Management and then attended the New York City Law Enforcement Academy, and served in law enforcement until 2002, when he married and moved to South Florida. Brian manages daily operations of the office, human resources/personnel, fiscal activities of the firm, and marketing. He is responsible for establishing and implementing employee training, work assignments, vacation policies and schedules, and overtime assignments. Brian is also the firm's liaison to assist clients with any billing issues. Brian also runs our marketing department, always establishing new and creative ways to enhance the firm's newsletters and website. Louis H. Goetz, Jr. was born July 22, 1971 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and is the firm's Senior Commercial Litigation Paralegal. With more than ten years experience, combined with both an Associates and a Bachelor of Science degree in Legal Assisting/Legal Studies, Mr. Goetz focuses his efforts on complex commercial litigation matters. He provides a great deal of legal and logistical support for commercial, real estate, condominium, homeowners' association and civil disputes in both State and Federal courts. He earned his Associate of Science degree in Legal Assisting from Broward Community College in 1998 and his Bachelor of Science degree, magnum cum laude, in Legal Assisting/Legal Studies from Nova Southeastern University in 2001. Mr. Goetz resides in Pembroke Pines, Florida with his wife and daughter. Kimberly A. Colamaria is a legal assistant for the firm's collection Department. Kimberly was born in Brooklyn, New York. She is currently attending Broward Community College advancing toward a degree in Criminal Justice. She is responsible for assisting Ralph C. Ruocco with all Association collection files and providing updates to our clients. Kimberly is also fluent in both English and Spanish. Cynthia Quinones was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico and is now living in Pembroke Pines. She attended Broward Community College where she received an Associate's degree in Psychology, and is currently attending Florida International University pursuing a bachelor's degree in Political Science. Her future plans are to go on to law school shortly after graduation. Cynthia M. Olivera was born in Miami, Florida. She is currently attending Broward Community College pursing an Associates Degree in Legal Assisting. She is responsible for all the files in the office and is also fluent in English and in Spanish. Shirmane T. Ellis is a legal assistant for the firm's collection Department. Shirmane was born in St. Ann, Jamaica and currently lives in Miramar. She is a graduate of Florida International University with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, majoring in Management Information Systems. She is planning to attend Law School in the Fall of 2009. |
